Depending on the player and the device.

Brendan Shanahan has the same two groups shouderpads since mid-1980 (Yes, I said .. 1980) used

Mats Sundin 2 helmets used his entire career (Mike Foligno and Butch Goring used one).

Craig Ludwig used the same blade plow (like shin guards during his career and I think Gerald Diduck).

Each player receives 2 game jerseys and sticks and skates are to be replaced frequently. The rest of the team is replaced by players in shape.

The players are responsible for their own team when they are buying, for free through sponsorship or advertising, etc., is your business.

Most players I've heard asked to change their leaves in certain cases, choose:

1. You feel like the pills) in view of the unfortunate (most carriers.

2. Break or irreparably damaged.

3. You want to keep, because it is used for special occasions (but certain plateau, winner of the brand, etc.)

4. Old computer was broken, and trying new things until they find something.

So to answer your question, do not change their equipment almost never, and I am sure that the equipment is paid.

depends on the player ...
Things like pads, shin guards, elbow pants rarely replaced. likely to break if they
Gloves - maybe once a year, maybe more if you are a world class player who receives a large amount of ice time.

My brother has played 14 seasons of professional hockey for 11 4 teams in the NHL (including demons).

None of his teams you buy your computer. The players buy their own gloves, it is your responsibility to ensure that the color is correct.
