I find a CFL (in a large cardboard or other materials) that can emit a bright light. Halogen lamps appear more natural light than CFL question - but what is the energy of a halogen bulb to a compact fluorescent lamp? Sounds like a ban on incandescent bulbs in the neighborhood where I live, but I tried CFL is almost unbearable! Candlelight is much more attractive.

One last thing - if halogens are an excellent alternative - what is the alternative to halogen track light in my kitchen - and when I tried the best fluorescence spectrum of natural light "," type in my kitchen two years ago - I have a headache when I have been more than 15 minutes between them (as for the preparation of food!)
